NexusTech Advisors, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") develops and publishes mobile games for iOS. This Privacy Policy applies to all games and applications published by NexusTech Advisors, LLC, including but not limited to TENSN.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information is and is not collected when you use our games.
Information We Collect
Our games do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. We do not require account creation, login, or any form of registration. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personally identifiable information.
All game progress, scores, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device using standard system storage and are never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Apple Game Center
Our games may integrate with Apple Game Center to provide leaderboard and achievement functionality. When you use Game Center, your interactions are governed by Apple's own privacy policy. We do not have access to your Apple ID, Game Center profile, or any personal information associated with your Game Center account.
Game Center participation is optional. You may disable Game Center in your device's system settings at any time.
Advertising
Our games may display advertisements served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising platform operated by Google LLC. AdMob may collect certain device and usage information to serve relevant ads, including:
Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID)
IP address
General device information (model, OS version)
Ad interaction data
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not have direct access to the personal data collected by AdMob.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or by resetting your Advertising Identifier under Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
Children's Privacy
Our games are suitable for all ages and are rated 4+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since our games do not collect personal data directly, no special provisions for children's data are required beyond what is described in this policy.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any personal information with third parties. The only third-party services integrated into our games are Apple Game Center and Google AdMob, as described above.
Data Security
Because we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no risk of a data breach from our systems. All local game data on your device is protected by your device's built-in security features.
Your Rights
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. If you wish to remove all locally stored game data, you may uninstall the game from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
